TRAINING

Bachelor of INEF and diploma in Teaching Physical Education. Segovian, 1990.

He completed a diverse university education from the Diploma in Physical Education to the Degree in INEF, participating in this last period of an international program in Chile.

He has been dedicated to the world of training to improve physical condition and health since he finished his university studies and internships with Federico Caro, his mentor. He has extensive training background in schools such as EXOS, MBSC, DNS, EBFA or CYM, which allows him to develop a global work system applicable to very diverse population groups. He also has experience in the professional field, working with athletes from different disciplines and with young athletes, complementing their sport through the development of skills and abilities.

He currently teaches regulated academic training in Vocational Training and collaborates with university teachers in the development of content. He is also one of the founders of FMA, an association of physical activity and health professionals.
